- Tear Off Release Paper — Peel off the release paper from the back of the patch to expose the self-adhesive surface. The German pressure-sensitive adhesive is ready to firmly adhere to your skin.
- Add Castor Oil — Pour 4–8ml of castor oil onto the center of the organic cotton pad. The high-absorption cotton will hold the oil in place without spilling, thanks to the anti-leak ring design.
- Apply to Body — Stick the patch firmly to your desired area — liver area, abdomen, joints, lymph nodes, or any area of concern. Press the edges down firmly to ensure a secure seal.
- Remove & Discard — When done, tear off the side white strip and the top layer. Discard the used patch. No washing, no soaking, no cleanup — simply dispose and you’re done.
