We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. Please contact us at info@craftivon.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Certain items (such as personal-care items, clearance items, or perishable goods) may be non-returnable. Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@craftivon.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
